At Electrun, we value your time and appreciate your business. This policy outlines the terms under which service appointments may be cancelled or refunded.


1. Cancellations by Customers

Notice Period

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled service time at no charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before the appointment may incur a late cancellation fee of $75, or the equivalent of a standard call-out rate.

No-Show Policy

  • If our technician arrives and is unable to access the property, or if the customer is not present during the scheduled time, it may be treated as a no-show.
  • No-shows are non-refundable and may be charged in full.


2. Cancellations by Electrun

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

  • Staff illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Severe weather or unsafe site conditions
  • Scheduling errors

If Electrun must cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or fully refund any prepayments.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • You cancelled a prepaid service with at least 48 hours’ notice
  • A service was cancelled by Electrun and you choose not to reschedule
  • You made a duplicate or erroneous payment

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Missed appointments or customer no-shows
  • Services that have already been performed
  • Change of mind after a confirmed booking, unless otherwise required by law


5. Your Consumer Rights

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law. You may still be entitled to a refund or remedy in specific circumstances not covered above. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
